Dr. Aranya says, “I love that we are able to form lasting relations with patients even with the short amount of time we spend with them. I love to hear some of their stories as much as I enjoy doing their dental work and helping them maintain the best oral health possible. My dad is a dentist and I had watched him work since I was a kid. All the pretend playing had to get real one day!”
Dr. Aranya received her Dental Degree from the UCSF School of Dentistry. She received her M.S. in Biomaterials from New York University. To keep up with evolving technology, she’s a member of the American Dental Association. She also speaks Hindi and Marathi.
Dr. Aranya says, “In my free time I enjoy hiking, biking and anything outdoors. I also enjoy long road trips and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I love to travel!”

Dr. Shakiba says, “I love to form long-term relationships with my patients, and their health and happiness is my highest priority. I treat all my patients like they are family and strive to create the highest quality dentistry and a healthy beautiful smile for all of them. The biggest reward for what I do is when I see my patients happy and smile from the bottom of their hearts!”
“I have always enjoyed working with my hands and creating art such as drawing and oil painting. I also have a passion for science and constant learning. I love working in an environment where I get to interact and form connections/relationships with people of all ages and backgrounds. Being a dentist gives me the opportunity to experience all of my passions within the same profession. I can’t imagine doing anything else!”
After graduating from the University of Oregon, Dr. Shakiba received her Dental Degree from the OHSU School of Dentistry. To keep up with evolving technology, she’s a member of the American Academy of Oral Medicine. She is also fluent in Farsi.
Dr. Shakiba says, “I enjoy hiking, body-building, being active, cooking and leading a healthy lifestyle. I love listening to live music, reading and spending time with family and friends.”

Dr. Alcazar says, “I consider myself fortunate to have the opportunity to work in a profession that is rewarding for both my patients and myself. The best part about being an orthodontist is building personal relationships with each patient and to witness how the patient’s overall attitude and confidence changes positively as we improve their smile during treatment.”
Dr. Alcazar is the son of a dentist himself. He earned his Dental Degree and his first Orthodontic Certificate in Peru where he is originally from. He earned his second Orthodontic Certificate from the Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics in Florida, where he also taught for 3 years before moving to the Pacific Northwest. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a current member of the American Association of Orthodontics and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontics. He is also fluent in Spanish.
Dr. Alcazar says, “I like watching and practicing sports: tennis, racquetball, ping-pong and soccer are among my favorites. I enjoy spending time with my daughter and exploring all the outdoor activities that Oregon has to offer, like biking, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, windsurfing and camping–as well as traveling and discovering new places.”

Dr. Graser says, “ I enjoy working with a diverse group of people, and helping them to improve the health of their mouth, and more specifically their gums! I enjoy seeing the good results after working with patients over the course of a few months.”
After graduating from with a degree in Biological Engineering from the University of Florida, Dr. Graser received his Dental Degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry at Birmingham. He was awarded his Periodontic Certificate from the OHSU School of Dentistry. To keep abreast of cutting edge technology, he’s a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the Oregon Society of Periodontists and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Graser says, “In my free time I enjoy working on cars, cooking and backpacking.”
